What do we do?

We empower students to speak with clarity and confidence through a premier language platform that focuses on teaching essential communication skills, including the standard American accent and pronunciation. We work with adult students living in the US and around the world. Our students are fluent in English, and simply want to reduce their foreign or regional accents.

Why work with us?

We are extremely proud to work with highly qualified and seasoned coaches. We trust them to give the best possible service to their students, so there is no micromanaging. The management team is communicative and helpful, and extra support or training is available at any time. Coaches work completely online using Skype for the classes and can work from anywhere. Onboarding is simple, including training videos on how to teach the classes and how to use our Dashboard. We have created our own curriculum that is comprehensive and flexible with continued additions and updates to ensure access to the best quality of materials. Coaches enjoy rewarding and fun classes with eager and enthusiastic students!

Coach Testimonial

“A great company to work for with great leadership. The company provides all the teaching materials you need, and you used them to the best of your ability for your clients. Management offers consultation whenever you need it, without any micromanaging. So teachers feel the perfect balance of feeling connected and guided by management, but free to use their own personal teaching styles and schedule. The work/life balance is awesome. Clients are amazing. There are great opportunities for advancement. The starting pay is not bad at all, especially for a work from home job with no commute. You are also offered raises at certain points.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I expect to start with a full schedule?

No, it is a gradual build up of hours. Depending on your availability, the students’ availability and your performance it could take a few weeks to a few months to reach your desired weekly total of hours. The more availability you have, the faster you will acquire students.

How many hours can I work a week?

There is currently no minimum or no cap of hours, however, realistically you could work 15-30 hours a week, as that is what the majority of our coaches are working.

What is the background of the students?

We have students from all over the world, so you would work with a variety of nationalities and accents. The majority are business professionals.

Are the students tested or evaluated before their first lesson?

The students are not tested or evaluated. It isn’t necessary because all of the material can be adapted to the students’ individual levels, needs and objectives.

How do I get paid?

We pay monthly via PayPal.

Is it possible to get a higher starting rate?

No, the starting rate is set at $16/hr. It is non-negotiable.

What kind of material is provided?

We have developed our own material and curriculum. There are hundreds of worksheets that coaches have access to and can use them during the class and share them to their students. Coaches are given the flexibility to adapt the material to the students’ needs.

Is there a sample class I can watch?

Yes, if you are selected to work with us you will have access to the material and teaching tutorial videos.

How do I take time off?

If a coach is not available to do a lesson, they need to inform the student as soon as possible and the class can be rescheduled.

Will there be any training before I start?

During the onboarding process, coaches are given tutorial videos on how to use the dashboard and its features, and the teaching material. We also have a detailed Handbook on all our procedures and protocols. Additional support and training are available whenever needed.

Is this a contract position/how do the taxes work?

Coaches are hired as independent contractors (W9 form) and will receive a 1099 form at the beginning of the new year.
