Yes, we offer classes 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You choose the recurring schedule that works best for you.

Communication with your coach is seamless. During lessons, we use video conferencing tools, and between sessions, you can communicate via email or through our platform for scheduling and feedback.

 

Absolutely! While 3 classes per week is typical for steady progress, you are welcome to schedule more sessions if you prefer to accelerate your learning. Each additional class is $21.

You can cancel or reschedule a class by messaging your coach or our customer service. We ask that you provide at least 10 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the class.

Our classes cover a variety of topics including pronunciation, intonation, stress patterns, and rhythm. We focus on practical communication skills for daily conversations, business interactions, and public speaking.

Yes, we provide custom learning materials, including worksheets, audio resources, and pronunciation guides to support your progress between classes.

Yes, if for any reason you feel a change is necessary, you can request to switch a coach. We want to ensure you are completely comfortable and satisfied with your learning experience.

Yes, we offer both refunds or the option to reschedule as long as you cancel at least 10 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to adjust the schedule and accommodate other students.

While we do not provide formal certification for course completion, if you need a document for reimbursement from your employer, we can provide a certification that outlines your participation and progress in the program.
