At Accent Advisor, our students’ satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a positive learning experience and ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way. If for any reason you need to request a refund, we’ve designed our policy to be simple and straightforward, keeping your best interests in mind.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your first class, you will be entitled to a full refund for that class. To be eligible for this refund, you must attend the class or cancel the class with at least 10 hours’ notice.
We offer a full refund for every class that you cancel with at least 10 hours’ notice.
You can choose between a refund or rescheduling the class.
The amount that is refunded for a canceled class is determined by the price difference between our weekly plans.
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
While we process credit card refunds immediately, it may take 5 to 10 business days for them to appear on your card, depending on your card issuer.
