Common Questions

What times are classes available?
Employees can choose any time slot 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday (7 days a week). We will match them with a coach who can accommodate their times.

Can I enroll employees in different plans?

Yes, you can select the plan for each employee. Employees cannot change their plan without your approval.

Can employees change their class schedule after they start?

Sure. They can change it with their accent coach directly at least 10 hours before their class to find an alternate time slot.

How long before there is improvement in their accent?
Most students feel some improvement within a few weeks and a significant improvement within several months.

Can I pay upfront and receive one invoice?
We offer corporate clients complete flexibility in terms of invoice consolidation and upfront payments.

How frequently is the progress report updated?
Our coaches write a progress report for each session at the end of the session. You will get an almost instantaneous progress report through your dashboard.
