Official Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer: Help a Friend, Earn Rewards
Grow our community and save on your coaching.

• The Friend: Sign up via a referral link and receive an instant $10 Credit toward your first subscription payment.

• The Referrer: Receive a $20 Credit for every Friend who completes their first 5 classes. You do not need an active subscription to earn or accumulate these credits.

2. Participant Eligibility

• Individual Subscriptions Only: This program is designed strictly for personal, individual coaching plans.

3. How the Reward Process Works

• Friend Sign-up: When a Friend starts a subscription via your link, their $10 discount is applied automatically at checkout. You will receive an email notification confirming that a Friend has joined using your link.

• The 5-Class Milestone: Your $20 reward is triggered once the Friend has attended and completed five (5) full coaching sessions. Please note that it may take some time to verify these completions before the credit is granted.

• Payment Verification: To qualify for the reward, the 5 sessions must be fully paid for and the associated payments must be cleared and undisputed. Credits will not be granted for sessions associated with refunded payments or active payment disputes/chargebacks.

• Notification and Granting: Once the 5 sessions are verified, you will receive a second email notification confirming that the $20 credit has been added to your account balance. Note: Class cancellations, and “no-shows” do not count toward the 5-session requirement.

• Last-Touch Attribution: In the event that a Friend interacts with multiple referral links, credit will be awarded to the last referral link clicked prior to the completion of the subscription signup.
  
  

4. Credit Application & Expiration
Credits for both the Referrer and the Friend are held as a balance and applied automatically to the next applicable invoice.

• Non-Redeemable: All credits (the $10 Friend credit and the $20 Referrer credit) are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or external payment (e.g., PayPal/Venmo).

• Automatic Payment Application: Earned credits will be automatically applied as a discount on your next scheduled payment. If multiple credits exist in the account, they will be applied in the order they were earned or based on system priority.

• 30-Day Expiration: Each individual credit expires 30 days after the date it was earned (the date it was applied to the account or the date the 5th class milestone was reached). If no subscription is active or started within this 30-day window, the credit will be removed from the balance.

• First-Time Subscribers Only: The $10 “Instant Credit” is a one-time welcome gift for individuals who have never previously held a subscription with Accent Advisor.

5. Ethical Sharing & Restrictions

• Personal Sharing: You are encouraged to share your referral link with your personal network via social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.), email, and text.

• No Public Spamming: Posting links on coupon sites, public forums, review platforms (e.g., Google, Trustpilot, Facebook), or in the comments of public ads is strictly prohibited.

• No Paid Promotion: You may not use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to promote your referral link.

• No Commercialization: You may not use any Accent Advisor trademarks or logos to market your referral link or use it for affiliate lead generation.

• No Secondary Incentives: You may not offer additional gifts, cash, or rebates to Friends as an incentive to use your link.
  
  

6. Rights & Administration

• Fraud & Revocation: Accent Advisor reserves the right to audit, disqualify, and/or revoke any credits if we suspect fraudulent activity, self-referral, or any violation of these terms.

• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change reward amounts or terminate the Program at any time.

• Integration: These Terms are supplemental to the Accent Advisor Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
