At Accent Advisor, our students’ satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a positive learning experience and ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way. If for any reason you need to request a refund, we’ve designed our policy to be simple and straightforward, keeping your best interests in mind.
If you’re not satisfied with your first class, you can get a full refund – just make the request before your second class.
To qualify, you must attend the first class or cancel it at least 10 hours in advance.
The refund offer no longer applies if you attend, miss, or cancel the second class with less than 10 hours’ notice.
We offer a full refund for every class that you cancel with at least 10 hours’ notice.
You can choose between a refund or rescheduling the class.
You can request a refund or reschedule a class within 6 months of the original class date.
The amount that is refunded for a canceled class is determined by the price difference between our weekly plans.
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
While we process credit card refunds immediately, it may take 5 to 10 business days for them to appear on your card, depending on your card issuer.
